Amazing family getaway
We had a blast here! The staff was super friendly, especially our room cleaner who left us cute surprises. The pool was refreshing on hot days, and the bar staff kept us well-hydrated. Just wish the buffet had more options! Otherwise, it was a fab experience all around.

We had a Standard Room with Garden View, and it was spacious and clean. The large bed was super comfy, and the shower was impressive. Daily room service kept everything tidy, and little surprises made it feel special. the furniture seemed a bit dated, which took away from the overall vibe. The room’s view was nice for morning coffee, but it didn’t blow me away.

great stay! but some aspects need improvement.
The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The pool area was always pristine, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. I particularly enjoyed the garden view from my room. it added a lovely touch to my mornings as I sipped coffee on the balcony.
The dining options were somewhat limited, especially during breakfast.

great experience but some dining options were repetitive
The staff excelled in service and hospitality, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Our standard room with a sea view offered mesmerizing sunsets each evening, enhancing our overall experience. The expansive beach allowed us to enjoy walks along the shoreline every morning. I especially appreciated the serene garden view that added tranquility to my stay, with paths lined by palm trees inviting leisurely strolls.
Some dining options felt repetitive, particularly at breakfast, limiting variety during our meals.

During my stay at Charmillion, I loved the stunning gardens and beautiful pool areas. The room with a sea view offered a breathtaking perspective, especially at sunset. A few items, like the limited breakfast options, could enhance the experience, but overall, it was delightful. I'll cherish the memories.

The hotel had a stunning garden that made every morning delightful. I stayed in a Standard Room with Garden View, and that view from the ground floor was mesmerizing. The entertainment at the club pool kept the spirits lively, and the snorkeling when the jetty opened was a highlight. Osama from reception granted us a late checkout at no extra cost, which felt very accommodating. Hossam, who cleaned our room daily, was always attentive and kind. I truly appreciated the dine-around option, which allowed us to explore various cuisines. breakfast felt repetitive, lacking variety. Dinner options were similar throughout our stay, with few exciting choices. The pool was pristine, but the bar could improve its drink options. I also found the wifi frustratingly limited, only available in reception. Water shoes are a must due to the rocky beach.

The gardens around the resort are immaculate, creating a picturesque and tranquil atmosphere perfect for morning strolls. The sea-view pool offers fine sunsets and is beautifully maintained, making it a relaxing spot after a day in the sun.
The beach is disappointingly shallow, requiring a trek to a nearby hotel's jetty for proper swimming. Water shoes are a must due to the rocky areas. The all-inclusive package feels misleading as it doesn't cover several food options, and you’ll find the wifi is only accessible in reception with a weak connection. Dining options are repetitive, especially during breakfast, and while the rooms are clean, the furniture is aging and could use a refresh.
